The objective of Timeless Movement is to present fitness and wellness in a way that is not intimidating, or rigid. Life is about movement. When moving paint around on a canvas you decide what colors to use, how bold you want to make those colors, and what size you want your painting to be. Never be afraid to make or to paint over mistakes as many times as you need to. You will have time to create and recreate until it feels just right. It’s your masterpiece.

As an athlete who has chosen combat, there is no time you can ever afford to let your guard down. My task will be to create a plan of action that will target strength, power, speed, and most importantly endurance. It’s your path, and yours alone. I’m here to construct the best possible roadway for your continued success.

Cooking Lessons - Group or Private.

Cooking should not be about preparing and eating low-fat, low calorie foods. It most definitely should not be about feeling hungry or deprived after making your meal. Cooking should be about nutritionally giving your body real food so that you’re consistently satisfied and energized to live your fullest life.
