About

Timeless Movement

The Timeless Movement blueprint is creating motion designed to instruct you to believe that no matter what the external world is telling you, and no matter what your circumstances are, that you have the ability to build strength, vision, and hope. You were constructed in such a way that you can and will come out of any “hole”. However, if at the moment you’re having a difficult time understanding this, We can most definitely help. Together we can realize all of your pragmatic goals. All you have to do is remember that your objectives need time to develop, which will require you exhibit a great deal of patience. Everything that you do requires energy. Energy is everything, and everywhere. Your thoughts begin it. Your emotions amplify it, and your actions will increase its momentum. I was able to harness all of mine, now let me along with Timeless Movement help you do the same.

The energy level in what I consider my South Bronx, growing up, was incredibly probable. It was designed to break and kill you emotionally, spiritually, and physically. However, if it didn’t do these things, then it most certainly helped make you stronger, kinder, more energetic and passionate. This and more is what I claim it did for me. My Bronx back in the late 70s, all of the 80s, and even through the majority of the 90s was not at all pleasant. My “Boogie Down” Bronx was priming me, like so many other boys I knew growing up, to go into “street life”. However, a loving home with fixed and unwavering rules, that at times seemed totally unfair, proved to be the right formula to survive in these surroundings. Fear of most elements in my neighborhood embedded in me a heightened level of awareness, strength, intuition, mindfulness, and resilience. These traits evolved into my most valuable tools. Tools that have allowed me to see my students with clarity. Giving me foresight as to when I should come in to help and when I need to just back off. My approach to fitness and wellness is based on principles of sound exercise physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, and nutrition.

When I started in this field of fitness and wellness 31 years ago I was filled with positive attitude. My hopes were of creating a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, followed by amazing outcomes. I focused on being a catalyst to spark extraordinary results in people’s lives. It’s a mindset that I have remained faithful to from the very beginning. Timeless Movement has allowed me to use my devotion and enthusiasm for fitness and wellness, my certifications from the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and harmoniously blend my education, practical experience, and intuition to set you on course to realize your objective.

“Even after 10+ years of working out with Sam, his classes continue to challenge me and push me to be a better athlete. His workouts are tough (in the best way!) and I walk out of each class feeling accomplished and stronger than when I walked in. When I injured myself running, Sam offered tips and exercises to heal my injury and get me back on the road, pain-free. I'd be lost without Sam!”

“I have been taking Sam’s classes for Over four years. Sam brings everything he knows and loves to the art of movement and sharing it with others. He makes it all possible and keeps it simple. Sam’s understanding of the whole body anatomy is vast and he teaches his lessons with attention to balance, breathing, cardio work, standing ,sitting and lying. After each lesson I have felt an accomplishment reaching beyond what I could do in the last lesson. For me the biggest achievement was made running in place. Amazing! Ask yourself what you want to achieve for your better moving self and join Sam’s Zoom classes.”

“Before meeting Sam, I hated doing exercise. He changed all that. Sam classes are stimulating, energetic and well balanced with a variety of different exercises so that by the end you really feel you had a great workout. He is though yet gentle and patient at the same time. Despite the pandemic and having to do virtual classes, Sam continues to bring his incredible energy and positivity to his classes. I cannot thank him enough for keeping us fit during this terrible period and his classes are now more important than ever to me.”

Be patient with yourself. Difficult doesn’t mean that your goal is impossible. It just means that you’ll have to work hard.
