Timeless Movement will use this platform to help guide you on your quest for improvement. “Llevamos varios meses de la pandemia haciendo ejercicios con Sammy a través de Zoom. Todas las mañanas en las que tenemos una sesión de ejercicios programada nos levantamos con mucho entusiasmo ya que sabemos que nos esperan 50 minutos de diversión, retos y sorpresas.
